Donacelet is a product-based fundraising platform. Instead of asking for donations, supporters buy a Donacelet (an NFC wristband or keychain, or a virtual support code) and unlock thousands of member-only deals they'll use. 65–75% of every referred sale goes straight to your cause.

Who can fundraise with Donacelet?

Sports teams, schools, faith groups, charities, community groups, and more. If your group needs to raise money and has supporters who'd rally behind it, Donacelet is a fit.

How do we get started, and how long does it take?

Create a free account or book a demo. Telling us about your fundraiser takes about 5 minutes, and we respond within 24 hours. Once approved, you're live. We handle the platform, payments, supporter experience, and member deals.

Does it cost anything to start or run a fundraiser?

No. Creating your fundraiser is free, and there are no platform fees taken out of what you raise.

How much of each sale does our fundraiser keep?

65–75% of every referred sale, with no platform fees deducted. Most product-based fundraisers return 20–50%.

How and when do we get paid?

Fast. Payouts are often processed instantly, by local bank transfer, wire transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Amazon gift card. You choose the method during payout.

How much could we realistically raise?

It scales with the size of your group. A 15-player youth team typically has about 30 people selling: athletes, parents, and close friends. If each makes 3 to 11 sales, that's roughly $3,000 to $10,000 for the season.

What happens if we don't sell very much?

Nothing. No minimums, no upfront costs on the online fundraiser, nothing to return. You keep whatever you raise.

What does a supporter actually buy?

One of four options: $60 Donacelet wristband or keychain: tap-to-support product plus 6 months of member-only Deals Access $100 virtual support code: 12 months of Deals Access, no physical product $60 virtual support code: 6 months of Deals Access, no physical product $30 virtual support code: 2 months of Deals Access Wristband and keychain buyers get a 7-day access code instantly, so deals start while their product ships.

What are the member-only deals, and are they actually worth it?

Yes. Members get over 1,000,000 places to save across restaurants, retail, travel, and entertainment, including 700+ national brands, with about 35% average savings per transaction. Most members save many times what they paid, often hundreds of dollars a year.

What is the wristband or keychain, and how does "tap-to-support" work?

The Donacelet is an NFC wristband or keychain. Once paired to their account, a supporter taps a friend's phone and that friend lands on your Fundraiser Shop page, no app needed. Every supporter becomes an ambassador, and they can switch which fundraiser it supports anytime. Virtual support codes include the same Deals Access but no physical product and no tap-to-support.

What if a supporter doesn't want a physical product?

They can choose a virtual support code instead ($100 for 12 months, $60 for 6 months, or $30 for 2 months) and get the same member-only Deals Access digitally.

Do we have to deal with inventory, order forms, or shipping?

No. There's no inventory to manage and no order forms to collect. Donacelet handles the platform, payments, supporter experience, and member deals. Virtual support codes ship nothing at all.

Can supporters buy online, in person, or both?

Either, or both. Supporters can buy online through your Fundraiser Shop page or in person.

Can we buy wristbands or keychains in bulk to sell in person?

Yes. For in-person selling at games, events, and meetings, buy wristbands or keychains wholesale at $15 each for 100 or more units. Sell them in person and keep the proceeds, alongside or instead of online purchases.

Are Donacelet purchases tax-deductible?

Generally, no. A Donacelet is a product purchase, not a donation, so it typically isn't tax-deductible even when the group is a registered charity. Supporters should check with their own tax advisor.
